She is verbal, but her speech is still developing, so she needs someone who listens carefully, pays attention to her cues, and encourages communication in a positive, supportive way. Her ideal day includes a simple, calm routine with her favorite shows, sensory toys, music, and light interactive play. She enjoys hands-on activities, bubbles, and colorful visuals. She can become overwhelmed at times, so a caregiver who understands sensory needs and can offer gentle guidance or redirection is important. I need someone who can provide a safe, nurturing environment, help with daily routines, and support her communication and independence. Experience with ASD is a plus, but not required if the caregiver is patient, willing to learn.
