Hi there! I am in need of full-time care for my 4. 5-year-old son starting ASAP through the end of August (with potential for another year until he enters kindergarten in fall 2025). He's had some behavioral struggles at daycare, that aren't as much of an issue with 1:1 care. He's a smart, social energetic kiddo who loves to climb and play, princesses, dancing and singing. I'd prefer someone with an elementary education background or previous experience working with neurodiverse kiddos - but Im open. Looking for 7:30-4:30/5 Monday - Friday at my home while I go to work. My job is demanding, so I do need dependable care, and would ideally like to do a contract that provides sick days and covers us both! Ideally you have your own car, are comfortable with pets and CPR certified. Car is not a requirement, I am near the blue line.
