Looking For A Flexible, Reliable Nanny For Our 3 Children!

Hi! We are looking for a nanny for our 3 young children (5, 3, and 1). The hours we are generally looking for are after school 2-7 p.m. during the week, but we'd love to find someone who is open to staying until 8 p.m. once or twice a month when my husband travels for work. I'd also love someone who can come some mornings so I can go workout or go out with friends. We are anticipating needing anywhere between 30-35 hours a week, but it's not the same schedule every day. I'm a stay at home mom, and I'm looking for someone to help me with after school activities, meal prep (or cooking?), prep for bedtime, tidying up after the children, kitchen cleanup, and possibly laundry.
