Looking for help (35 hours per week - 1 hour unpaid lunch each day when you may be offsite) with our two kids. We work from home. The 2-year-old is climbing everything! He's very talkative and interactive, but also likes to play by himself sometimes. He is dropping his last nap. Our parenting style would best be described as respectful and collaborative. Our expectations are age appropriate, and we focus on working with the children rather than telling/commanding. For the toddler this is a lot of redirection and repetition of expectations by modeling/example. Our 8-year-old is homeschooled and fairly independent. We don't anticipate he will require much but he does like to be involved with his brother sometimes. You will get bonus points if you can converse on Minecraft or Roblox! You will not be expected to direct his schooling.
