Nanny/house Manager For One Newborn In Naperville

We are looking for a great babysitter for 2 children in Naperville, mostly caring for one newborn and helping with toddler meal prep (she goes to full school). We will need about 10-12 shifts a month 7a-4p latest M-F. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping and dog walks/feeding. We need someone who has their own car, who does not smoke, willing to drive children, who is comfortable with pets, who is CPR certified. No phone use for kids, prefer outdoor activities. Minimally on their phone while nannying.
