Our two active, curious boys thrive with a caregiver who brings high warmth + high structure, understands child development, and believes behavior reflects unmet needs. We value clear expectations, respectful communication, emotional attunement, and teaching skills rather than punishment. The boys love outdoor play, bikes, music, arts and crafts, imaginative play, and high-energy activities. They are bright, sensitive, and need patient support with big feelings and co-regulation. We're seeking someone experienced with early childhood and caring for siblings close in age--someone energetic, engaged, and collaborative. We have a vehicle for on-the-job use, and a friendly 10-year-old French bulldog. Seeking long-term caregiver and offering PTO and paid vacation.
