We are a young couple seeking a flexible, bilingual (English/Spanish) caregiver for our son. The father is currently a full-time nursing student, and the mother works full-time with variable 9-hour shifts that can fall between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. , any day of the week. Once a consistent routine with a caregiver is established, the father plans to begin working as well. Were looking for someone who will build a loving, nurturing relationship with our son and help instill the values of peace, kindness, and love. We follow a Montessori-inspired, nature-based approach and limit screen time as much as possible. Engaging, educational activities, such as visits to museums, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and park outings, are encouraged and expected as part of our childs daily routine.
