We're a kind, organized family looking for a dependable, calm nanny to support the after-school shuffle for our four kids (ages 10, 9, 6 and 3). Our kids are independent, used to routines and our home runs on clarity and kindness - we just need another caring adult in the mix. Responsibilities: -Pick up kids from two schools (car provided) -Support a smooth after-school routine -Serve pre-prepped dinner (5/5:30) -Guide their homework, simple chores and lunch-packing -Bath for 3-year-old -Encourage outside play -Light tidying of shared spaces -Occasional driving to sports/activities We value: Kindness, calm, clear communication, tidy spaces, gentle reminders and someone who enjoys being part of a family's rhythm.
