Backup Nanny & Dog Care

Seeking a recurring back up babysitter/nanny to help us with child/pet care on weekends (Fri-Sun) as needed during the day & occasional evening's for date nights. Ideally, we'd like to hire someone who is also willing to fill in vacation days through the end of the year requested by our current nanny who works Mon-Fri for us. Most weekends during the day we'll be home, the extra help will allow us to focus on household tasks. Duties would include: -Caring for our 1-year-old daughter -Helping with care of our preemie newborn. Guidance would be provided during first time with both children. -MUST be VERY comfortable with dogs: We have 3 large dogs. 1 dog doesn't like children so extra monitoring is required.
