My wife and I are expecting our first child in February. We both work remotely from home, so ideally we're aiming to find someone who can be flexible with our schedules, be in home to assist with care and the baby. Primarily week days, but we'd like to build a trusting relationship with this person and really get to know them. We'll no more about specific care as soon as he's born. Ideal day is morning until mid afternoon where they are helping with activities and watching the baby, some feeding, general care, and helping build their sleep routine. Baby will be about 3 months old at the start of care. We want to be with our baby as much as possible so we'll still be involved as work schedule allows. Hobbies/interest is someone who is like minded to us, has energy and a personality, and will be a good influence on our baby.
