I am looking for a part time nanny (20 hours guaranteed weekly) to watch my son, who is 5 years old. I need someone to pick him up from school and take him to various appointments he has after school during the week, then hang out with him at home until I am done with work. The hours would be: Monday: 12pm-6pm, Tuesday-Thursday, 2pm-6pm, and Friday 2pm-4 p.m. My son has some issues with anxiety, so ideally I am looking for someone who is patient, compassionate and has some experience (either personally or from work) in this area. My son loves arts and crafts, reading, and making crazy contraptions for his 5 million toy cars! We live in. a walkable area and there are plenty of parks and shops near by. Our current nanny is amazing, but has to move out of state. Ideally she would like to help acclimate whoever takes over for her.
