We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistants, with backgrounds in PT, OT, SLP, RN, or SPED preferred, to support our 25-year-old son. He is quadriplegic and non-verbal, and enjoys an active lifestyle that includes adaptive sports, educational classes, concerts, plays, and gaming. He has full cognitive abilities and a great sense of humor. Responsibilities: *Assist with all aspects of personal care (ADLs, transfers, positioning). *Support participation in social and recreational activities. Requirements: *Reliable, personable, and engaging. *Able to lift/maneuver 80 lbs, multi-task, and comfortable with technology.
