We're looking for a warm, reliable part-time nanny to care for our 17-month-old daughter. A typical day includes providing active, hands-on supervision, keeping our toddler safe, engaged, and happy, and following our routines and parenting preferences. You'll prepare and serve simple, healthy snacks and lunch, support self-feeding, and tidy up after meals. You'll change diapers every 2-3 hours keeping our gal clean, and maintain an organized diapering area. Throughout your time with her, you'll plan and lead age-appropriate activities-reading books, sensory play, outdoor walks, playground time, music and movement, and simple art or pretend play. We're looking for someone who can create a fun, nurturing environment while also maintaining structure and safety. At the end of each shift, you'll tidy toys, clean toddler dishes and utensils, and reset the play area. We appreciate open communication, so quick daily updates about activities, mood, food, and diapers are important. Experience with toddlers, knowledge of safety practices, and a caring, patient demeanor are essential.
