About the job

I have a 2 and 3-year-old boy and girl, and a large breed dog. We live in an apartment. I need someone to watch them and keep them busy while I am working. I do a combination of working at my nearby office, and sometimes remotely from home, and in both situations still need the children watched. I am in the Des Plaines/Niles/Park Ridge area. Hours typically would start in the early afternoon, so by this time the ideal structure would be : facilitate lunch, indoor activities, nearby outdoor play. They love to color, paint, play with various toys and activities inside, explore the outdoors outside the apartment, go to parks, watch their favorites videos, snacktime, and take naps. The dog is laid back, very routine oriented, just hangs out and doesn't need much. Sometimes isn't even there, goes to work with Mom.
