I need a new nanny for my 16-month-old twins after a recent move to my parents house. Start date is flexible, but help is needed as soon as Nov 17, 2025. Hours: 30-40/week. Twin (or multiples) experience very important!! Must be okay with a cat and small dog. Be comfortable with some supervision (I work from home and grandma is around), communicate openly and honestly, value learning and cultural exposure, and use a gentle, calm, kind care approach. Very strong faith-based caregiving styles may not be a good fit. Willing to be flexible as things are adjusting being in a new place (I will be getting divorced soon, unfortunately). *hours are flexible but can be regularly set if desired*
