We are looking for a warm, reliable, and energetic full-time nanny who is fluent in Russian to care for our two young children. The ideal candidate is engaging, calm, development-focused, and helps maintain a smooth daily routine for our busy family. Responsibilities Childcare & Development Speak Russian exclusively with the children to support language development. Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational play, early learning, books, sensory play, Montessori-style activities. Support physical development (walking practice, climbing, fine motor activities, outdoor walks). Follow nap routines and daily structure. Provide warm, patient emotional support especially during transitions. Encourage independence, self-care skills, and good manners. Childrens laundry (washing, folding, organizing)
