Recurring Sitter Needed For 3 Children In Chicago.

We are looking for a great babysitter that we can use for date nights on weekends and occasionally on weekdays so I can run errands and practice some self care. We have 3 children: 8-year-old boy, 3-year-old boy and a 5-month-old girl. Date nights would entail watching all 3 children at once for the entire time. Weekdays would probably be more in the morning/afternoon and would entail dropping off & picking up the boys to school. I am thinking Monday, Wednesday or Thursday for the weekdays but I am flexible and it would not be set to those days. We do not have any pets as of right now, but that could potentially change. Also want to note that my oldest son is on the Autism spectrum, but he is completely verbal and can communicate just fine, I just feel its important to mention beforehand.
