1:1 Aid For Montessori School In Downtown Chicago

We are seeking a warm, patient, and reliable 1:1 Aid to support a child with mild special needs at our Montessori school located in downtown Chicago Monday through Friday. This position is focused on supporting our child only, and the aid will work closely under the guidance and direction of the classrooms Lead Guides. As 1:1 Aid, you will support our child throughout the school day in a loving, respectful, Montessori-aligned manner Assist with toilet training, following the routines and practices established by the classroom team. Help our child navigate daily activities, transitions, and independence-building moments. Model and reinforce classroom norms while maintaining consistent communication with the Lead Guides and us as his parents.
