Part-time Nanny-Household Manager: 2 Girls (6 & 11) + 1 Puppy!

Hi there! We are a family with very unique needs. The kid's dad sadly passed away in June, I work full time, and I do not have family here in Chicago. So we need help with nearly everything in the family and household. We are looking for someone who can help with the kids (driving to/from school/activities, homework help, lunch/dinner prep). But also while the kids are at school, clean the house, do laundry, run errands and walk/feed the dog. We'd like to do a few training days in mid November, with a 12/1/25 start date. The schedule is flexible but ideally we would like 25 hours across M/W/F per week, with an occasional late night, or overnight on weekends for an additional flat fee per night. PS: I work from home but am constantly on calls in my office.
