Were a friendly family in Lincoln Square looking for a reliable and caring Family Assistant to help with our 4th-grade son after school. Hours: MondayFriday (possibly MondayThursday), 3:006:00 p.m. Pay: $25/hour as a W-2 employee (we handle payroll taxes) What the job includes: *Pick up our son from school and walk him home (or occasionally take him to activities by foot or train). *Spend the afternoon together until 6 p.m. playing, reading, or helping with light homework. We also have a 7th-grade daughter who may be home during this time, but she is pretty independent. *Light housework and laundry during downtime *Prepare simple, healthy meals for the kids *Be comfortable with our friendly dog Were looking for someone warm, dependable, and proactive someone who enjoys spending time with kids
