We are an active family with 3 boys ages 4-8 looking for help with their care and running the kid related aspects of our household (kid laundry, packing lunches). Ideal candidate is - very active and high energy - excited to play with them at the park or beach, not just watch them. - positive and proactive attitude - able to juggle different needs and ok with tasks shifting day to day - able to handle sibling conflict and hold expectations on behavior Duties will include playing with preschooler after morning school, transporting to activities, helping with homework, prepping dinner, and other kid related activities in the afternoon and evening. Opportunity to stay with us through summer with more typical daytime hours (8-6 or similar) as well as stay on for the next school year. We have one large dog
