Full Time Nanny Needed For 1 Infant In Chicago Beginning 9/30

My wife and I are expecting our first baby in the beginning of June. My wife is working full time and I go back to work from maternity leave at the end of September. We will need a full-time nanny from 8:30am- 5:30 p.m. starting when I go back to work at the end of September. We live in South Loop. I work from home, but need to stay focused during the days in my home office. My wife works from home on Mondays and Fridays. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who is comfortable with pets (we have 3 dogs and 2 cats), who is updated on their vaccines (COVID, flu, TDAP), who is CPR certified and who has a college degree. We need someone who is comfortable with young infants, since our daughter will be just a few months old when I need to go back to work.
