First time parents need a full-time nanny for twin girls that will be 8 months when mom returns to work in May. The girls are very pleasant. They love playing together. We want a caregiver who can engage with them and encourage them to meet their milestones such as talking to them and having regular tummy time in preparation for crawling. We live within walking distance to the lake, several parks, and the library. Standard infant care: feeding, changing diapers, putting down for naps, and housekeeping duties related to the girls' care, such as washing and sterilizing bottles and dishes, and emptying diaper pails as needed. Exact start and end time may be flexible for the right candidate. Drivers' License required,
