About the job

My wife and I are moving to Chicago in June for one year, and our 1-year-old daughter (will be 15 months by then) W will be coming with us. She will be in daycare during the week, but we'll need help with drop off and pickup (especially pickup) most days of the week, as well as help with dinner and bedtime on weekdays. We also have a dog, so we'd like our nanny to be comfortable with dogs (she's 70lbs in size but sweet and affectionate). We may also need help with the occasional weekend half-day. As our work schedules settle in we'll have a better idea of just how much help we'll need, but I expect we'll be asking for a minimum of 4 hours per weekday in the evenings, and 2 hours per weekday in the mornings (at first).
