We are looking for a warm, dependable nanny to care for our 7-month-old daughter during the day while my wife and I work at the University. We live in a quiet, safe neighborhood in Carbondale and are hoping to find someone who is attentive, engaging, and experienced with infants. Heres what were hoping for: - Full-day care, roughly 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (but were flexible) - Duties include feeding/bottle prep, diapering, naps, safe play, and following basic routines - Experience with infants, strong references, and trustworthiness are essential We'd like to discuss a salary arrangement (rather than hourly) to find something fair.
