Full Time Nanny - Toddler

We're seeking a full-time nanny for our son. We are both air traffic controllers, so our schedule varies weekly. We provide a monthly schedule in advance, but flexibility is required, including some nights. He is social, active, and loves books, outdoor play, and outings. We're looking for someone warm, reliable, and excited to support his learning through play. We have two dogs, an older hound and a golden retriever puppy, so you must be comfortable with dogs and patient with a puppy.
