Were hoping to find someone who: - Has experience with infants Is loving, dependable, and engaging - Engages in age-appropriate, developmentally enriching activities - Can follow our babys feeding, nap, and play routines - Were not looking for additional household help- just someone who can focus on our little one 100% - My husband & I work from home on most days, but we want the nanny to feel comfortable taking the lead during the day. There may be occasional check-ins to assist during naps or lunch, so were hoping for someone who's easygoing and flexible with that environment - Has their own transportation and is local to area - Can provide references, resume and/ or background check **Potential to hire full time if we find the perfect fit**
