I work prn as a nurse, meaning I'm unscheduled and just work when there is a need. It is unpredictable and inconsistent requiring quite a bit of flexibility. I don't know if I will be working until the day before, sometimes day of. I am trying to collect phone numbers and availability from possible sitters in the area. I will then contact the sitters who may be available to schedule day by day. I'm definitely not looking for someone to clear their calendar for me, just someone who is ok with a text to check availability.
