The ideal day or shift would be the kids having lunch about 12:30 around when I leave. after lunch they can play preferably outside play but inside screen free play is also good. They like to build forts with couch cushions or walk down to the neighborhood park and play. they have big imaginations so you could be in Jurassic world running from T-rexes, hunting big foot, or sailing the seas. they like drawing and reading books. my expectation is that the baby is changed at least twice during the 5 hours and that the 3-year-old is asked or brought to the potty every hour or so to help prevent accidents. I would love that the house stays clean as possible, but I'm also not going to be upset about toys being all over the floor if my kids are cared for and happy.
