My husband is on regular hours 7:30-5:30. I would be rotating 4 day on and off schedule. So the days would vary per week but the time would stay the same. You would have a months in advanced schedule. My kids love going to the beach and being outside! My 4yr old loves everything from coloring, art, video games, outside time and special putting! Also play dates with friend. T. is one and she's down for everything but still takes naps during the day. My 4-year-old still takes one nap after lunch.
