We're looking for a part-time nanny (20-30 hours/week, flexible) to become a steady, caring presence in our neurodivergent household with two kids (ages 7 and 3). Patience, emotional awareness, and playful structure are key. We're hoping to find someone who: -Is reliable, grounded, and consistently present -Supports emotional safety through calm, gentle responses to big feelings -Loves engaging kids through outdoor play, sensory activities, and creative learning -Can handle daily transitions (school runs, routine changes) smoothly and flexibly -Communicates openly and works in partnership with us as a team Light household tasks related to the kids--like preparing snacks, tidying after play, and helping set up for the next day.
