About the job
Our older daughter is 3 and is potty trained but still needs help cleaning up. Our younger daughter is 18 months and still in diapers, we hope to have her start potty-training by the end of the year. So we will probably need help with continuing the structure of the potty-training once that starts. An ideal day includes waking up, breakfast, play/art activities, nap for Winnie, lunch, outside time, and getting ready for dinner. They both enjoy being read to, being pretty active physically, enjoy being outside, coloring, building with Legos.
