I'm hoping to find a recurring sitter, mainly for my 3-year-old. We also have a newborn, but he will remain mostly in my care. Both my husband and I work from home and are hoping to get some focused time in the late morning/early afternoon Tuesday-Fridays. Ideally, we'd like a sitter to spend 2-3 hours a day playing and engaging with our 3-year-old, focusing on outdoor activities (though of course not 100% of the time).
