We are looking for a great nanny for *will be 10mo baby in Waterloo. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets. 2 small dogs. Must be able to lift 25 lbs from floor. We would like you to come to our house where there are indoor cameras. Not a micro manager, just too many deadly incidents happening these days with kids and caregivers. As of now, we still rock the baby to sleep, even for naps. We hold him during the entire one hour nap period. We would hope you're willing to do the same.
