We are looking for someone who is organized, tidy, adores children, and enjoys planning a creative or active after-school-activity for our 7, 5, and 3-year-old. The responsibilities will include washing dishes & putting away, children laundry & putting away, tidying & organizing home, prepping after school snack, planning an after-school craft or play idea. This person should have their own car for one weekly midday preschool pick-up. This person will at times care for and play with the 3-year-old. Our ideal mommy helper will enjoy working alongside mom, not mind a small dog, enjoy outdoor walks/play, not smoke, complete tasks independently, enjoy cleanliness and organization, speaks kindly, redirects and comforts an upset child, and teaches siblings to kindly resolve a disagreement. (2. 5hrs on Sat. are an optional part of this role.)
