I’m a traveling OR nurse looking for a reliable, caring nanny for my 8-month-old son, while I work in Cedar Rapids. My schedule is 4x10 hour shifts (M-F with my day off varying during the week; I will know my schedule ahead of time). However, this usually means the hours are closer to 12 hours with commute. I also take occasional overnight call shifts, so I need someone who can stay with him when I’m called in. Responsibilities: caring for him during the day (feeding, naps, diapering), engaging him with play, reading, walks/park visits (weather permitting), light tidying of his things, and preparing simple meals/snacks. Ideal fit: dependable, nurturing, comfortable with infants, flexible with hours and the occasional overnight. If possible, flexibility around the holidays would be wonderful (I know it’s a big ask).
