Our 4-year-old is diagnosed with ASD. She is very high functioning but may benefit from someone with experience with sensory seeking and ASD kiddos. Both children are girls and love spending time outside, reading, water activities, singing and listening to music. Our older girl is really into slime and sand. Both are incredibly loving and sweet. They rarely play together but will parallel play. We have a dog who is well trained and generally calm. We have three older children who are teens and may be in the home at times, but wouldn't require care. Our ideal provider would be available for 2-4 days per month which would likely include evening and afternoon, both to give my husband and I an opportunity to connect through an occasional date, and to give my husband a day off from being stay at home dad.
