Sitter For 2 Teens & 2 Children - While We Parents Are On Vacation

My husband and I are going on vacation Jan 21 - Feb 1 and are looking for a nanny to stay in our home with our four children and dog. Our boys are 15, 13, and 11 years old, and our daughter is 9 years old. We also have a 3-year-old hypoallergenic cavapoo dog. The kids are full-time in school and our 15 yr old drives them there and back (except when he has basketball practice after school). We will prepare some meals ahead of time but are looking for someone who is comfortable making meals, doing laundry, keeping the house picked up, ensuring kids stay on top of their schoolwork, walking the dog (weather-dependent), etc. The kids are very self-sufficient with their ages but our 9 yr old does need a bit more love and attention than the boys. :-)
