Nanny Needed For Our Newborn In Adel

Seeking a kind and experienced night nanny for a newborn baby beginning in Sept/Oct 2024. Dad travels weekly to Omaha for work; mom works from home. Initially we need a minimum of 2 nights a week for approx. 3-5 months. Main responsibilities include monitoring the baby over night from approx. 10 p.m. to 6AM: changing diapers, feeding baby (bottles; we will not nurse), soothing baby to sleep after eating, and providing general care overnight under the direct supervision and guidance of parents. This may include swaddling, helping with morning prep and helping with sleep training. We will provide a dedicated and comfortable space for the nanny and baby to rest. We hope to create a longstanding relationship with a nanny to help additionally as they wish and we need, and as the baby (and our 3-year-old son) grow. Thank you!
