Family Assistant Needed For K Family With 3 Kids

We are looking for a full-time family assistant for our busy family. We have 3 children (almost 4, 2. 5, and 8 months). We have a nanny and a weekly housekeeper but we need another set of hands to keep our house running smoothly. Our ideal candidate would spend about 50% of the time working on meal prep, dishes, and daily tidying of main area and about 50% the time caring for our children. We both work from home so can lend an extra set of hands on our breaks but otherwise we try to stay out of the way. We encourage daily activities/outings and appreciate someone who is willing to proactively pitch in to help with whatever comes up on a given day. We offer PTO, a health stipend, and sick leave.
