2 Hrs Every Weekend Childcare For Sensory Seeking Toddler

About the job

My husband and I are resource caregivers (foster parents) to a 4-year-old. He is fun-loving and loves to laugh at silly things, play outside, and enjoys music. He is a good communicator. He is highly sensory seeking (auditory and visual), has big reactions to other children crying and dogs barking loudly/nearby, may get nervous in big groups, and can become easily frustrated. We are looking for a once a week babysitter who can care/play with him for two hours most weekends. We also need help during his two-week summer break (5/24 - 6/11). We would prefer someone who has experience with those on the spectrum. He is very personable, will need someone who is calm, familiar with sensory overload meltdowns, and redirection.
