Im looking for someone with steady weekday availability who can be a calm and reliable part of our routine. I have two little girls (4 and 2) and a new baby arriving soon, and they thrive with a patient caregiver who keeps things predictable and low-stress. My oldest wears glasses and has some visual challenges, so she benefits from an adult who doesnt rush her and helps keep activities at an easy pace. She does not require medical care, just someone attentive and relaxed. Our days are simple and structured with outdoor play, creative activities, and consistent routines. This position may naturally grow into a nanny role once the baby arrives, so consistency and dependability are especially important.
