We're looking for an experienced and patient special-needs nanny to help with childcare as we gradually transition our toddler into daycare. Reliability and a gentle, supportive approach are very important to us. Our son is non-verbal but incredibly sweet and affectionate. We are currently in the middle of potty training, so someone who is active, attentive, and comfortable being on their feet is a must. You must also be comfortable driving, as there will be times when we'll need you to drop him off at therapy sessions. If you have experience with special-needs care, early childhood development, or similar roles, we'd love to hear from you.
