About the job

I just need someone to watch M from 3 p.m. until between 5 and 8pm, 2-4 days/week. She is significantly delayed in speech and social/emotional development so I need someone with a patience and experience in those areas. She's still in diapers but we are trying with potty training so that would also be a plus but not necessarily a necessity. The only mealtimes I would ask for help would be snack, and possibly the occasional dinner if her dad is running late but she loves easy mac so nothing big. Also, we are currently renovating our home so if it would be more comfortable, we could discuss the possibility of watching her in your home rather than ours, so a clean driving record is definitely a bonus but not necessarily a must.
