I want to start out by saying stability is very important to us for our daughter so we want someone that can be with us long term not just for a few weeks/months. A little more about what we are looking for: We really want someone who can keep our 9-month-old daughter engaged throughout the day with lots of toys, outside time, and learning opportunities! We don’t require any sort of house cleaning or extra things other than making sure our daughter’s toys are straightened up and her bottles are clean! As a nurse my schedule may not be the same days every week so flexibility is a must, however I will typically know my schedule 4-6 weeks in advance. We do also have a medium sized dog who is a sweetie pie and sleeps most of the day!
