In Search Of Full Time Nanny

Hello! My name is DeJane. I have a son that will be 1-year-old in November. I work in healthcare and my schedule includes two 24 hour on call shifts (7a-7a) and one 8a-5p office day per week. I am looking for a full time nanny to cover my shifts and also allow for me to rest a few hours after working my 24 hour call shifts. My call shifts are work from home until I get called. Realistically the call in time will probably be about 50% of the shifts. In my home, you will have your own private bedroom to rest overnight while my child is sleeping. Also open and flexible if a candidate needs to bring her child to my home while watching mine. Also open to drop off at licensed in home childcare. I know my schedule is unconventional but I hope the perfect person is out there to help!
