Adorable Kids Childcare Positions-Twins And Preschooler

We are looking for a nanny to come and watch our identical twin boys who will be 14 months in December, and our preschool daughter who will be 4 in February. We need someone to come in the mornings while I get daughter ready and off to school, and then play with her some after we get back. Candidate would need to be ok with pets as we have a small dog. We would need someone who engages with our twins and daughter and is hyper vigilant while they are awake, they aren't walking yet, but will be in near future. The boys still nap for two hours a day, so during this time, we would like for nanny to help with kid related light housekeeping, I. E. wash bottles, pick up toys, organize playroom, etc. My husband travels a lot for work, so some weeks if nanny was available, hours could be more. We also would love someone for date nights, and we also would love someone available for coming on some trips to watch the kids.
