We are looking for someone that wants to save as much as 50% on housing costs in exchange for services below. Housing space is suitable for 1 individual. Time commitment (less than 10 hrs a week in all duties and some weeks much less as we travel) - 5 hrs of meal prep at most per week - some weeks we will be on vacation and nothing during those times - 2/3 hrs of housecleaning per week - 1 time per week - Minimal childcare - more of a check in and presence of an adult - this is more about security and safety, knowing someone is here, looking out for her well-being. Child is intelligent, well-behaved, responsible, and self-reliant. But we want someone that she can bond with and have a continual relationship.
