We need help 5 days a week. Always Mondays, Wednesday, and usually Saturdays. I like to give my Nanny now 2 days off a week so one of those would always be Sunday because that is our family day, and the other would be a Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. I am a Sales Director and my husband is a Farmer, so neither of us work normal hours. We live on a farm with 3 dogs. The hours on these days would be a 12 to 8 shift or 9 to 5, so around 40 hours a week, give or take. My schedule varies from week to week and I do a some work from home. 2 of my kids will be in school in the fall so mainly then will need someone for the babies. No traveling or going anywhere needed with them just someone to be at our home and me and my husband can handle the running around with them.
