About the job

-Assist in the implementation of curricula activities and encourage participation by children. -Monitor children's safety at all times, especially during play, meals, and transitions, and respond to emergencies. -Assist children with basic needs such as hygiene, dressing, diapering, and toileting. -Actively engage in activities. -Clean and organize the classroom, toys, and equipment to maintain a safe, healthy, and stimulating learning space. -Maintain frequent communications with parents through informal discussions and progress reports. -Encourage self-help and good hygiene through behavior modeling. -Help ensure smooth, daily transition from home to child care center. -Follow all center policies and state regulations. -Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement.
